1. CAN I PURCHASE THIS WINDOW TREATMENT I AM VIEWING?
Any of the Furishings are ready to be purchased! If you are viewing a window treatment generally all photos are samples of treatment styles we offer , if you have a booking with me and would like to order, I will bill you directly once we have all the measurements and fabrics chosen.
2. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER /QUOTE FOR A WINDOW TREATMENT?
Send me the measurements for your window(s)
Let me know if you are sending your own fabric or will need assistance to purchase a custom fabric. I will give you a quote for price and yardage. Once you have your fabric and are ready to order, I will send you a link for your payment.
3. HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
I will send an invoice, you can pay online with your CC. Shipping will be added to the final total.
4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY SHADES?
Turn -Around-Time - 6-8 weeks after all materials are received and payment made. If there is an issue that will delay your delivery I will contact you.
5. CAN YOU MAKE THIS IN A SMALLER/LARGER SIZE?
YES! any custom shade, panel or cornice in this shop will be customize to your specifications.
6. WHAT ELSE DO YOU MAKE?
We also make Drapery Panels, Valances, Cornices and Ottoman/Bench Slipcovers, window seats. Don't see exactly what you are looking for? Please ask, as a designer I can help with a custom window design and or pattens and colors.
7. IS THIS FABRIC AVAILABLE?
Please READ the listing. If the fabric is available it will say so.
8. CAN YOU GIVE ME A "SPECIAL PRICE" IF I AM BUYING MULTIPLE SHADES?
Yes if you are ordering multiple shades and fabrics I can work out a discount!
9. CAN I SEND MY OWN FABRIC?
C.O.M. (customers own matrerial) is welcomed! I would prefer that you ship the fabric on a roll, please check the fabric that you send for imperfections or pattern irregularities.
Fabrics that arrive FLAT folded - not rolled on a tube, will incur a pressing fee of $10.00 per yard.
10. WHICH STYLE LETS IN THE LEAST AMOUNT OF LIGHT?
That will depend on the fabric and treatment. Flat Roman Shade will let in the least amount of light, with a black out lining and used as an outside mount. Ask us about mounting options to help with further light control from sides of shades.
Adding a pair of stationary drapery panels will layer and also add to light control.
11. CAN YOU SEND ME FABRIC SAMPLES?
Yes. Samples from fabric companies usually arrive within a week and will come with a return postage paid envelope. Once you have selected your fabric you can return the sample in the envelope provided. There is a $25 charge for any samples that are not returned.
12. I WOULD LIKE TO SEND MY OWN FABRIC BUT DON'T KNOW WHERE TO SHOP ONLINE.

I have accounts with several designer fabric companies that are to the trade only. I would be happy to quote and place a fabric order for you. I can guide you to designer sites once you make a booking. Just contact me with your request and selection, I will help with ordering.
Some online fabric stores deal in seconds, which is why the fabrics are discounted, flaws are generally minor but, please be aware if you ship directly to me and the fabric is flawed I am not responsible for the finished product having runs, pulls or pattern irregularities.
We make beautiful shades, but it will be the fabric and trim you chose that will make your shade a custom treatment tailored to fit your home.
A medium to heavy weight home decor/drapery fabric is 54 width and best for Flat Roman Shades, while a lighter weight fabric is more suitable for Relaxed Romans, Balloons and London Shades
MEASURING YOUR WINDOW:
Measurements are very important: Please ensure that your measurements are exactly what you want and measure to the nearest 1/8'' for your roman shades.
For Inside Mount:
I will deduct 1/8" for ease and movement of your shade. Depth of STANDARD mounting board is 1 1/2 - Continuous Loop 1 1/2'' - Cordless 2 1/2'' - 3''
For Outside Mount:
Please add 4" to the length for mounting brackets and at least 4'' to the width to ensure complete coverage.

USING YOUR OWN FABRIC:
If your fabric arrives folded, not rolled on a tube, there will be a pressing fee of $10.00 per yard.
Shades to be made from an existing treatment (drapery panels, sheeting) will incur a min. of $25.00 per item to re-work.
